Senior Manager, Cyber Threat & Product Defense Center, TXOne Networks Inc. / Executive Director, Association of Hackers in Taiwan
Mars Cheng is the Senior Manager of TXOne Networks' Cyber Threat & Product Defense Center, responsible for coordinating product security incident response, threat detection operations, and advanced threat research. He also serves as Executive Director of the Association of Hackers in Taiwan and General Coordinator of HITCON CISO Summit 2026.
His work spans international speaking, instructor-led training, ICS/SCADA and enterprise security research, threat hunting, and long-term collaboration across the security community, industry, and government.
He has delivered more than 65 talks at venues including Black Hat, RSA Conference, DEF CON, FIRST, HITB, HITCON, Troopers, SecTor, S4, and CYBERSEC, and more than 30 training sessions for NATO CCDCOE, GCC, NICS, government agencies, and private-sector organizations.
