Building Cyber Threat and Product Defense at TXOne Networks

2019 - Present TXOne Networks Senior Manager, Cyber Threat & Product Defense Center

Since 2019, I have been part of TXOne Networks’ threat research, product security, and detection operations journey, progressing from Threat Researcher to Threat Research Manager, Senior Threat Research Manager, and now Senior Manager of the Cyber Threat & Product Defense Center.

That progression gave me the chance to help bring together three functions that are often separated in many organizations: product security incident response, advanced threat research, and threat operations.

What this looks like in practice:

Leading a team of nine threat researchers and engineers across PSIRT, research, and operational defense
Establishing and maturing product security incident response processes aligned with customer expectations and regulatory pressure, including EU CRA readiness
Steering research in AI, ICS, CPS, supply chain, threat hunting, and emerging security risks
Translating research outcomes into proof-of-concept implementations, product feedback, detection logic, and conference-ready external sharing
Coordinating the development and maintenance of endpoint and network detection engines, intelligence services, and supporting research infrastructure
